On the morning of July 18, 2023, a meeting for leaders of the company's international business unit was held in the conference room of the comprehensive building. General Manager Zhang Jihui, Deputy General Manager Liu Guozheng, Deputy General Manager Liu Fei, Trade Union Chairman Guo Yantao, representatives of department heads, and all members of the international business unit attended the meeting.

      The company leadership warmly welcomes Comrade He Haisheng's joining. This comrade was originally employed by the China Water 15th Bureau and has been engaged in overseas projects for many years, with rich management and construction experience. This invitation to serve as the company's Tanzania project leader marks the acceleration of the company's overseas project construction.

     At the meeting, Manager He had a discussion and exchange with relevant business personnel from the International Business Unit. The members of the International Business Unit reported on their respective responsibilities, including the progress of the project, and communicated on the preliminary research preparation and existing issues regarding the on-site environment, material selection, mechanical facilities, and other aspects of the Songya Water Supply Project in Tanzania. Manager He stated that he will continue to promote overseas business by stabilizing expectations for overseas projects and boosting confidence among all parties, in order to help accelerate the company's innovative development.

     Mr. Zhang and Vice President Liu emphasized that "unity, integration, and win-win" is the main tone for the next step in carrying out overseas work. We need to dialectically view the existing difficulties and challenges, and solidly promote the implementation and effectiveness of overseas projects; Rooted in the local area of the project, based on the actual situation of the project, further strengthen the sense of responsibility, improve the construction level, and improve the work mechanism, forming a new situation of unity, cooperation, harmony, and win-win, effectively maintaining the stable progress of the project, and greater stimulating the vitality and development of overseas market entities.

     This meeting aims to establish an efficient internal circulation mechanism for achieving project integration, stability, and excellence through "horizontal interaction and connectivity". All personnel of the International Business Unit stated that they will, under the leadership of the company leaders, work together without division of labor, work together, and work forward to play the "symphony" and draw the "concentric circle", accelerate the planning and construction of overseas projects, continuously achieve deep integration of external business and their own business, and increase confidence and strength in promoting overseas business expansion, enterprise innovation, transformation, and upgrading construction.
