Overseas project expansion
On May 1, 2023, General Manager Zhang Jihui, Special Advisor Dong Xiaozhi, Deputy General Manager Liu Fei, and international business related staff of the company went to the Philippines for a 5-day project on-site inspection. The inspection team conducted research on projects such as the San Marino Sewage Treatment Plant, Bridge 1, Bridge 3, and water treatment plant in the Philippines. The San Marino sewage treatment plant project is located in the Rizal Province of Luzon Island, with a site area of 3.28 hectares. It is a batch reactor (SBR) based sewage treatment plant, with the main lower structure including inlet pump station, pre-treatment, BRS tank, filter, UV tank, tail water discharge, and other structures. The upper structure mainly includes transformer and distribution room, blower room, dehydration room, dosing room, and comprehensive control building. After the completion of the sewage treatment plant, the initial treatment capacity is 50000 tons/day, which meets the discharge standards of the Philippine Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection DENR2016. In the long term, the daily treatment capacity can be expanded to 75000 tons. Provide sewage collection and treatment systems for the towns of San Mateo and Rodriguez to improve the living conditions of local residents.

Bridge 1 # is the proposed two-lane prestressed box girder Marcos Highway St. Mary Avenue Bridge (formerly named J.P. Rizal St. St. Mary Bridge) with a total length of 1606.30 meters and an estimated construction cost of 1.69 billion Philippine pesos.

Bridge 3 is a proposed four lane prestressed concrete low tower type Kabayani Street Matandang Balara Bridge (formerly known as Marikina Vista Real Bridge) with a total length of 726.30 meters and an estimated construction cost of 2.641 billion Philippine pesos.

After the on-site inspection, the inspection team exchanged experiences with China National Water Resources Third Bureau and others around the new pattern of domestic and international dual cycle development, overseas project expansion, engineering contracting, and project investment. They visited the Wawa Dam project and jointly discussed ideas and measures to promote the high-quality development of overseas engineering construction.
